Resident Directors are students pursuing graduate degrees who supervise the RAs within each building. The RD oversees the overall operation of the hall, keeps regular office hours, and is available to residents.

The RD serves as the hall council advisor and as a conduct officer for policy violations occurring within the hall. The Resident Director position is available to qualified students who are willing to commit to a two year position. Beyond the position a multitude of programs of study can be chosen to take. These include:
